Issue of Options
Legendary announces that on 24 December 2012 the following directors were granted options over new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company share option scheme:

Thomas Reuner | 16,000,000 | 0.2p |
The options vest immediately and have a ten year life.
Following the grant, the options under the Company share option scheme held by the directors are as follows:

In addition to the above, Zafar Karim and Thomas Reuner hold 13,000,000 and 10,000,000, Ordinary Shares in the Company, respectively.
