Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, announces the issue of performance options to James Hume, Chief Operations Officer and Matt Richardson, General Counsel & Joint Company Secretary. Mr Hume and Mr Richardson are both considered PDMRs of Wameja. The performance options have been issued under the authorities granted at the 2018 AGM and are exercisable, subject to satisfaction of performance and tenure conditions, at 9 pence per ordinary share.
