Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Group") Issue of Options

Holders Technology plc, (AIM: HDT), announces that on 21 July 2011 it granted an option to acquire 25,000 shares to Victoria Blaisdell, Group Managing Director, under the Holders Technology Employee Share Option Scheme No. 1 (EMS).

The option is exercisable between 21 July 2014 and 20 July 2017 at a price of 123.176 pence per share and is subject to certain performance conditions.

Ms Blaisdell's beneficial holding of shares in the Group remains unchanged at 32,102 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.81% of the current issued share capital of the Group. Following this grant, Ms Blaisdell holds options to subscribe for 100,000 ordinary shares in the Group.
