Issue of Options
Legendary announces that on 3 January 2012 the following directors were granted options over new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company share option scheme:

Thomas Reuner | 11,000,000 | 0.2p |
The options vest immediately and have a ten year life.
Following the grant, the options under the Company share option scheme held by the directors are as follows:
