Issue of Options

Following the appointment of Graeme Sloan as Managing Director of Herencia on 29 June 2012, and in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement, Herencia has today issued Graeme with options over 20,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options").

The terms of the Options are that 10,000,000 Options are exercisable at a price of 1.00p per ordinary share and 10,000,000 Options are exercisable at a price of 1.50p per ordinary share. The exercise price of the Options represents a 45% and 117% premium respectively to the closing price on Wednesday 14 December 2012. The Options can be exercised at any time from the date of issue until 31 December 2015.

Graeme now has an interest in options over 20,000,000 ordinary shares; and an interest in 2,888,905 ordinary shares, with the shares representing 0.17% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.
