BASE RESOURCES LIMITEDISSUE OF OPTIONS
Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (“Base”) advises that it has today lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) an ASX Appendix 3B noting the issue of 30,712,530 unlisted options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company at an exercise price of A$0.40, exercisable on or before 31 December 2018. As flagged in the company’s announcement on 3 June 2015, these options were issued to Taurus Funds Management (“Taurus”) following drawdown of the remaining US$17 million under the unsecured debt facility with Taurus which completed today.
Following the above issue, Base has the following equity securities on issue:
