The ETFS Commodity Securities have the terms provided for in the trust instrument dated 21 September 2006 as amended by a supplemental trust instrument dated 17 September 2007 between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. as trustee constituting the ETFS Commodity Securities.
