Northern Venture Trust PLC29 April 2005 Northern Venture Trust PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 29 April 2005 it issued and allotted to 51subscribers an additional 304,921 ordinary shares of 25p each representingapproximately 0.78 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Companywhich now consists of 38,900,022 ordinary shares. The new shares were issued ata price of 95p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicableopportunity for these shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinaryshares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
