Majestic Wine PLC30 June 2005 Majestic Wine PLC ('MAJESTIC WINE' OR THE'COMPANY') 30 June 2005 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 87,154 new ordinary7.5p shares to the Majestic Wine Employee Share Ownership Trust at aconsideration of £2.665 per share in order to satisfy liabilities arising underthe Senior Managers Bonus Scheme.
