Issue of Equity

Stanley Gibbons was notified on 18 April 2012 that an option granted under the Company's 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme has been exercised by a former employee which requires the issue of 17,716 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, application has been made for 17,716 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 25 April 2012.

Following Admission the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 25,280,027 Ordinary Shares.
