SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that further to the announcement on 09 August 2017, SCISYS has issued 226,583 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of SCISYS ("Ordinary Shares") to the sellers of ANNOVA Systems GmbH.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 226,583 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 20 September 2017.

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,220,255 (excluding the 92,403 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SCISYS under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
