£1million placing at 70p per share
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the scalable business-to-business ('B2B') Software as a Service ('SaaS') platform that allows users to distribute and manage their apps on multiple app stores around the world, is pleased to announce that the Company has raised £1 million before costs via the placing of 1,428,871 New Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 70 pence per share.
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 August 2018.
Total Voting Rights
On Admission, the Company will have 87,608,300 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 87,608,300 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
