Issue of Equity
The Company announces that following the exercise of options over ordinary shares in the Company of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by an ex-employee on 16 July 2014, the Company has applied for 161,250 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2014.
Following admission of the 161,250 new ordinary shares the Company's capital consists of 81,490,884 ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 4,306. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 81,486,578.
The above figure (81,486,578) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brady under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
