Synergy Healthcare PLC21 February 2007 Synergy Healthcare plc (the "Company") 21 February 2007 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company announces today that it has made an application to the London StockExchange for the admission of up to 57,085 new ordinary shares in the Company tobe issued to trading on AIM. This figure represents the number of Synergy sharesdue to Isotron's shareholders who have validly accepted the share offer. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingshares in issue. Admission of such shares to trading on AIM is expected to takeplace on 22 February 2007. Following this admission the Company's total issuedshare capital will comprise 52,882,386 ordinary shares.
