Offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Maven Income and Growth VCT Linked Offer which opened on 26 January 2010, on 30 April 2010 the Company issued and allotted 198,286 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 24,211,286. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 53.3p per Ordinary Share and the Offer is now closed.
