Issue of equity
Motive Television is pleased to announce that it has raised, through XCAP Securities PLC, an additional £1,000,000, before expenses, through the issue of 5,000,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each at 0.02p per share ("Placing Shares"). The proceeds will be used to invest in its Tablet TV businesses in the US and in the UK and in major new projects that the Company anticipates will provide significant additional revenues in the coming months.
Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 19 September, 2013. Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company will have 23,476,225,847 ordinary shares in issue.
