SpaceandPeople PLC10 January 2008 SpaceandPeople Plc ("SpaceandPeople") Issue of Equity SpaceandPeople, the company which facilitates and manages the sale ofpromotional space in shopping centres and other high footfall locations in theUK and Europe, announces that, following the exercise of options by an employee,5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each have been issued and allotted. Application hasbeen made for 5,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany in issue following admission of these shares will be 11,613,579 witheach share carrying the right to one vote.
