Synergy Healthcare PLC31 January 2007 Synergy Healthcare plc (the "Company") 31 January 2007 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company announces today that it has made an application to the London StockExchange for the admission of up to 326,539 new ordinary shares in the Companyto be issued to trading on AIM. This figure represents the number of Synergyshares due to Isotron's shareholders who have validly accepted the share offer. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingshares in issue. Admission of such shares to trading on AIM is expected to takeplace on 1 February 2007. Following this admission the Company's total issuedshare capital will comprise 52,728,764 ordinary shares.
