The Company announces that today it has issued 75,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 1,142.50 pence per share.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 179,170,954 Ordinary Shares and 102,462,956 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
