Nasstar PLC06 May 2008 06 May 2008 Nasstar PLC ("Nasstar" or "the Company", AIM:NASA) Issue of Equity The Company announces that an application has today been made for the admissionof 205,128 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each to trading on AIM with admissionexpected to occur on 12 May 2008. Of these 128,205 Ordinary Shares will be issued to Lord Daresbury, Chairman ofNasstar plc as part of his share based remuneration and 76,923 Ordinary Shareswill be issued to Kevin Bird as part of the conditional deferred considerationin relation to the acquisition of Virtual Email following the achievement ofsales targets for Virtual Email. Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 14,676,556ordinary shares in issue. Lord Daresbury's will hold 2,262,729 Ordinary Shares,representing 15.4% of the Company's issued share capital. Of these 158,205Ordinary Shares are held personally, 942,857 Ordinary Shares are held byNortrust Nominees Limited and 1,161,667 Ordinary Shares are held by SavernakeHoldings (D) Limited. Mr Bird will hold 1,283,545 Ordinary Shares, representing8.8% of the Company's issued share capital. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
