Quadnetics Group PLC13 December 2005 QUADNETICS GROUP PLC (the 'Company') 13 December 2005 Share Allotment At a Board meeting today a further 77,470 New Quadnetics Shares were allotted toholders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for Protec, inrespect of valid acceptances received up to and including 7 December 2005. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading to AIM on 20 December 2005.
