Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") Issue of Equity
The Directors of SRT announce that they have issued and allotted 7,990,597 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company as a result of the receipt of notices of conversion of warrants in the Company at 40p per share.
Following the issue of the new shares, there are 97,723,774 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The final date for conversion of the warrants into ordinary shares was 2 November 2007 and therefore all unexercised warrants have therefore lapsed.
Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur on 8 November 2007.
