UTI Bank Limited16 March 2007 We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has todaymade the allotment of 1,69,173 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employeesof the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to28,16,30,787 equity shares from 28,11,93,673 equity shares during the quarter(January to March 2007). Further, the Bank had made allotment of 99,097 shareson 23rd January, 2007 and 1,68,844 shares on 20th February, 2007. The totalincrease during quarter was 4,37,114 equity shares.
