Metals Exploration PLC05 February 2007 Metals Exploration PLC Issue of equity Metals Exploration PLC ("the Company") announces that it has issued and allotted400,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each pursuant to clause 3.3 of a memorandumagreement dated 1st February 2005 between the Company, Filminera Resources Corp("FRC") and Christian Mining Inc ("CMI"). FRC and CMI were both issued andallotted 200,000 shares each. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof 1p each in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected tocommence on the 9th February 2007. The Company's issued share capital consists of 76,544,667 ordinary shares of 1peach, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
