Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 30 June 2015 it allotted and issued 680,151 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 90.5 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Monday, 6 July 2015.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 70,793,007 Ordinary Shares.
