Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 5 April 2011 it allotted and issued 1,071,328 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 115.9p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 14 December 2010.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on 8 April 2011.

Following this allotment the Company now has 60,085,658 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
