Berkeley Scott Group Plc13 November 2007 Berkeley Scott Group plc ("Berkeley Scott" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Pursuant to the announcement made on 25 September 2007 regarding the offer forQuantica plc, Berkeley Scott Group Plc (AIM:BGP) has allotted a further 389,045Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each ('New Berkeley Scott Shares') from the 4,890,823 Ordinary Shares applied for on 18 October 2007. 55,755 shares havebeen allotted to Quantica shareholders who have opted for the EquityAlternative under the terms of the Offer. A further 333,290 shares have beenallotted to be held in trust for dissentients under the terms of the Offer. Application has been made for 389,045 New Berkeley Scott Shares to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings areexpected to commence on 14 November 2007. The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue. In total, 419,695 Ordinary Shares have been issued from the 4,890,823 OrdinaryShares applied for on 18 October 2007. No further Ordinary Shares will beissued under the terms of the Offer. As a result, Berkeley Scott's issued share capital comprises 86,989,241 sharesof common stock of par value 2 pence each.
