Issue of Equity
7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that it has allotted 105,177 new ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by certain employees.
Application has been made for 105,177 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on 2 March 2015. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have 108,431,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 1,020,752 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital will be 107,410,765. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
