Issue of Equity
The directors of Hygea VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce an allotment on 8 April 2009 of 185,185 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54 pence each pursuant to the 10% Top Up Offer announced on 19 March 2008 previously and under whose authority the Company is offering the remaining 492,000 Ordinary Shares as announced today.
Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities and dealings are expected to commence on 16 April 2009.
