GVM Metals Ltd14 June 2007 GVM METALS LTD ("GVM" or the "Company") Further to the announcement made on 7 February 2007, GVM announces that it hasplaced 11,250,000 new ordinary shares in GVM, comprising the first share paymentof the consideration for the acquisition of 70% of the shares of coal of AfricaLtd, together with reimbursement of original due diligence and legal costs inrelation to the proposed acquisition. Application will be made for 11,250,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM ("Shares"). Following the admission of the Shares, and the34,868,283 shares issued pursuant to the announcement on 6 June 2007, the numberof Ordinary Shares in issue will be 207,768,703.
