Hightex Group PLC08 December 2006 Hightex Group plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company today has issued and allotted 2,144,855 new Ordinary Shares of 1penny each in the Company. These shares were issued and allotted in exchangefor 21,448,579 shares in West 175 Media Group Inc, following the receipt ofreceived valid Letters of Transmittal. Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares the issued share capital ofthe Company has been increased to 119,541,217 Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof the Company. Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 14 December 2006.
