Byotrol PLC12 January 2007 Byotrol plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Board announces that following the exercise of warrants 75,000 ordinaryshares have been issued. Accordingly, application has been made for the 75,000 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on15 January 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
