BURBERRY GROUP PLC
ISSUE OF SHARES
In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 5,857 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share between 22 January 2026 and 19 March 2026 in connection with the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan.
For completeness, 13,365 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share were issued in connection with the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan between 1 September 2025 and 18 January 2026, following the last block listing return for the six-months ended 31 August 2025.
These shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under an existing block admission to trading in August 2020.
