The Income & Growth VCT plc1 November 2007Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 24 October 2007 it allotted and issued 36,025 new Ordinary shares of 1p each under the Dividend Investment Scheme at a price of 104.95p being equivalent to the published net asset value per share as at 30 June 2007.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,625,504 Ordinary Shares.
