Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Renewable Energy Generation Limited (AIM: WIND), the renewable energy group, announces that it has issued 45,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 12 May 2014.
In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules, REG advises that its issued share capital at the date of this announcement comprises 103,711,914 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 280,000 are held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 103,431,914. The voting rights on all these shares are identical. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
