Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 650,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 650,000 options at a price of £0.10 per share. Aggregate funds of £65,000 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 November 2010. Following admission there will be 177,323,084 ordinary shares in issue.
