Issue of Equity
The Company announces that 241,584 new ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued following the exercise of employee share options in connection with the Company's Save As You Earn scheme ("SAYE").
Application has been made for the admission to AIM ("Admission") of 241,584 new Ordinary Shares, being the total number of shares issued following the award of shares under the Company's SAYE scheme.
The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, and dealing is expected to commence on 7 August 2018.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 185,979,943 Ordinary Shares. This figure of 185,979,943 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
