Telford Homes PLC14 December 2007 TELFORD HOMES PLC ('Telford Homes' or 'the Company') (GB0031022154) Issue of Equity and TVR Update The Company announces that it has, today, made application to the AIM Market ofthe London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 306,335 new OrdinaryShares of 10p each. 146,335 of these shares were issued in connection with theexercise of options by employees at a price of 143.5p per share. 160,000 ofthese shares were issued at a price of 244.0p per share to satisfy therequirements of the Employee Deferred Payment Scheme. Dealings in the newOrdinary Shares are expected to commence on Thursday 20th December 2007. The Company's issued share capital and Total Voting Rights now comprises37,451,810 Ordinary Shares of 10p and the Company does not hold any shares intreasury. Consequently 37,451,810 is the figure which may be used byshareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, Telford Homes under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
