Foresight VCT PLC04 April 2007 Foresight VCT plc Allotment of Ordinary Shares and Closure of Offer The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offerfor Subscription dated 20 March 2007 (the "Offer"), 1,741,849 Ordinary Shares of1 pence each were allotted on 4 April 2007 at 83.00 pence per share. Application has been made for the admission of the 1,741,849 Ordinary Shares tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London StockExchange plc's market for listed securities. Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company are 1,741,849ordinary shares. Following this allotment there are now 46,940,632 OrdinaryShares of 1p each in issue. This allotment, when aggregated with existing applications still to be allottedhas resulted in the Company achieving its maximum allowable Offer proceeds.
