Issue of Equity & Total Voting Rights

NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT) (the "Company") announces that it has applied for 76,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM as a result of employee option exercises. Admission of the shares is expected on 5 October 2012. The new ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 76,000 new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 286,181,848 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue and one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
