Issue of Equity

ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has allotted 3,30,139 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 20th March, 2012 to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,32,03,952 equity shares from 41,25,74,800 equity shares as on 31st December, 2011.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 1,16,162 equity shares during the month of January, 2012 and 1,82,851 equity shares during the month of February, 2012.
