SALE OF ORDINARY SHARES & B SHARES FROM TREASURY

The Board of CT UK High Income Trust PLC announces that on 09 January 2026 the Company sold from treasury 350,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 116.00p per Ordinary share and sold from treasury 150,000 B shares at a price of 116.00p per B share.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 Ordinary shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 12,394,491 Ordinary shares and 1,392,953 B shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT UK High Income Trust PLC is 89,672,653 Ordinary shares and 30,683,750 B shares.

The above figures (89,672,653 Ordinary shares and 30,683,750 B shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CT UK High Income Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
