Issue of Equity

The Directors of TP10 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the tenth allotment of 5,872,939 Ordinary Shares allotted on 5 April 2010 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 16 September 2009 at a price of £1 per share to be admitted to the Official List. 

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 16 April 2010.

As a consequence of this allotment, a total of 27,263,364 Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.
