Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 15 February 2017 it allotted and issued 587,538 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 86.20 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Wednesday, 22 February 2017.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 72,468,771 Ordinary Shares.
