Premier Management Holdings PLC20 December 2007 Premier Management Holdings plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The directors announce that at a board meeting held on 18th December 2007, a total of 11,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 10.7 per cent. of the enlarged issue share capital of the Company following the conversion, were allotted to Berkeley Consultants Limited following the receipt of a Conversion Notice for convertible loan notes with a value of £55,000. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to occur as soon as itis reasonably practicable.
