Diamondcorp Plc21 June 2007 Diamondcorp plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity Diamondcorp plc (the "Company") has received applications to exercise 66,666warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") at an exerciseprice of 30p per share. The New Shares will be issued and allotted and they will rank pari passu withthe existing Ordinary Shares of 3p each in the Company. Application has beenmade for the New Shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected tocommence on 25 June 2007.
