Issue of Equity
The Board of Conygar announces that it has applied to London Stock Exchange plc for 2,843,148 new ordinary shares in the Company of 5 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM following the conversion of preference shares.
The Shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission is expected to become effective on 15 June 2011.
