BERKELEY RESOURCES LIMITED
Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") advises that it has today issued 41,816 new shares, following the exercise of 41,666 unlisted options, at an exercise price of A$1.00 each, and the exercise of 150 listed options at an exercise price of $0.75 each.
An application to AIM to list the new shares has been made, and the Company expects dealing of the new shares to commence on 15 October 2010.
