Centamin Egypt Limited22 February 2008 22 February 2008 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited (TSX:CEE, ASX:CNT, AIM:CEY) announces that, following theexercise of unquoted employee options, 10,000 ordinary shares have been issuedand allotted at an exercise price of A$1.0500 per share, and 110,000 ordinaryshares have been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.7106 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 29 February 2008.
