Centamin Egypt Limited30 November 2007 30 November 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited (TSX:CEE, ASX:CNT, AIM:CEY) announces that, following theexercise of unquoted broker warrants, 1,000,000 ordinary shares have been issuedand allotted at an exercise price of C$0.8600 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 06 December 2007.
